Vital Functions Everyday Hero®

90 Minutes | $50/person

Our signature CPR, AED, and first-aid course! Think of this as your "Greatest Hits of Emergency First Aid" album. This course is meant for anyone who wants to learn core life-saving skills in a condensed, hands-on, and fun format. We teach hands-only CPR, which is shown to be just as effective as rescue breaths for the first critical minutes of an emergency.

You will learn:

  • What cardiac arrest is and how to identify the signs

  • Emergency response steps

  • Adult, Child, and Infant Hands-Only CPR and AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) Use

  • Adult, Child, and Infant Choking

  • Basic First Aid Emergency Scenarios: Heart Attack, Seizure, Stroke, Bleed Wounds, Tourniquet Use, Proper Glove Use and Disposal, Allergic Reactions and EpiPen Use​

AHA Heartsaver®

 4 Hours | $100/person

If your job requires a CPR certification, then this is the course for you. The American Heart Association course goes into much more depth and teaches full CPR with rescue breaths. Successful completion of this course will yield an American Heart Association E-Card valid for 2 years.

  • Environmental emergencies

  • Preventing illness and injury

Class
Details

We (literally) bring the party to you. We will bring all materials for your CPR class, including manikins, training AEDs, first-aid practice kits, and take-home reference guides. Oh, and a fire playlist. Your job is to grab some snacks and drinks and get ready to have a fun night in with Vital Functions. 

Policies:

  • Minimum Group Size 6 and Maximum 16

  • 40 Mile Radius of Downtown Dallas. Anything further may incur extra travel fees.

  • $50 deposit due at booking to confirm your time and date. 

  • Remaining invoice must be paid in full within a minimum 24 hours before event start time. Group size will be final 24 hours out. 

  • Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours out will result in a credit for a future booking.
